LS1 is a desk lamp, which is constructed of stainless steel, ash wood and a LED light source.

The properties of the steel are used in the construction of the lamp, where the steel has been twisted giving the lamp a characteristic look. The design is inspired by the works of the Danish designer, Poul Kjærholm.

The lamp was designed for the exhibition Danish Made which was show cased at Milan Design Week 2014 in Ventura Lambrate.

 

LS1 is still only a prototype - working on finding a manufacturer for it.
